How do you ship your items?

Most items are shipped by FedEx or USPS.  A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. A shipping number will be provided for all USPS shipments. The USPS shipping number is not a real-time tracking system. It is an internal function used to let you know a shipping label has been created and your package is ready for it’s destination by USPS.

Second Day or Next Day shipping items should be confirmed with Carolina Tack Supply before purchase to assure availability.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers should inquire of any additional international customs charges or fee's associated for the import of commercial products to their said destinations.  Carolina Tack Supply is not responsible for any item that may held at Customs outside the U.S.  We will make all efforts to expedite the customs process.  All international orders include necessary shipping and/or customs declarations.

 

How are items shipped internationally?

We ship worldwide to any destination.  We provide all necessary customs declarations with your package.

***NOTICE*** Most international items are usually shipped USPS International Priority Air Mail.  A shipping number is provided upon dispatch.  This is not a real time tracking number.  It is an internal number with the postal service associated with your item. The tracking service provided with the post office is for Express Services only. Please keep this in mind when attempting to inquire with your shipping number.  If you must have a real time tracking number, Express Shipping must be purchased.  Inquire with Carolina Tack Supply for this option for an additional shipping fee.

 

Is there a tax or duty fee associated with international purchases?

Carolina Tack Supply cannot determine the specific fee's associated with customs. In most cases there may be a customs fee associated with the import of goods to your country. This fee varies from location, price of goods to the amount or type of product imported.  The following links may help provide answers to the most common destinations we ship to.  We suggest you seek this specific information with your local government facility. 

 

How long will my international order take to arrive?

We prefer to ship international with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  USPS provides the most efficient method for international orders.  The standard shipping method is International Priority Air Mail.  Packages to most destinations typically arrive within 10-15 days after they leave our facility.
